5 Tips for  Self-care

Breathe. Rest. Eat well. Live well. Self-care.

Because you matter,

Times have changed and so has daily life. It can be mentally and physically exhausting. Here are some tips for self-care (because it matters). 

Move Your Body 

Take a walk, stretch, have a yoga sesh at home. At least 15 minutes of movement makes a difference. in your day.

Eat Well

More greens, less carbs, more smoothies, salads,, and protein. And don't forget the vitamins!

Tip 2

Sleep Well

Losing sleep? Getting 8 hours of sleep is essential for self-care. It's better for your health and well-being. 

Tip 3

Hydrate 

Headaches? Dry mouth? Skin? You probably need to hydrate- from the inside. 6-8 glasses of water makes a difference! 

Tip 4

Get Grounded 

Not like when you were a kid. Get outside and be one with nature. Walk around barefoot, breathe in the fresh air.
