Glen Plaid: the most coveted print in fashion right now.
You’ve seen it everywhere. Blazers, trousers, dresses and more. Glen plaid print. It’s hot and just works. But you may wonder how to style it. Easy! Just use a little imagination. Here’s my look using glen plaid trousers, a belt bag and a pop of red (shoes).

Solids Work Well with Prints
When pairing with a glen plaid print, I prefer solids. Sure, you can play with other prints (leopard, for example) but in this case, I opted for solids. I paired a black faux wrap sweater with glen plaid trousers. I added a black belt bag to give this look some edge.
Details Matter
Not having accessories is like an incomplete sentence. Dot your I’s, cross your t’s and remember your periods. I am a fan of dainty jewelry, so I added a couple of necklaces layered, large hoop earrings and midi rings.
Don’t Forget the Shoes
Make a statement with a pop of color. I went with a red pair of heels. This would even be a perfect Valentine’s Day look if you’re not into the traditional head to toe red or pink!
Shop the Look
Most of the items linked below are exact. Anything that is not, is a close match. The belt bag, for example, is by Henri Bendel which unfortunately isn’t sold anymore. And the pants I picked up at TJ Max for under $30!
Happy shopping!
