Recently, Chevy rolled introduced the Silverado EV and the Blazer EV. And now we meet the all-new 2024 Equinox EV. It’s modern and spacious, and many families will be happy to know it starts at around $30,000. This all-electric SUV is tailored to help modern families make an easy transition to an EV.
The 2024 Chevy Equinox EV is expected to be the most affordable EV in its class.
I got to see the new EV lineup in person. Along with the Equinox, there’s the Silverado EV, Blazer EV and Bolt EV, and EUV. All models are spacious, beautifully designed, and packed with features.
“We are at a turning point where EVs will be the mainstream choice for the next generation of customers and Equinox EV will lead this charge for us,” said Mary Barra, Chair and CEO of General Motors. “With the flexibility of GM’s Ultium Platform, we are bringing to market vehicles at nearly every price point and for every purpose.”

The Equinox EV new design is sporty and bold.
I really liked the design of the Equinox EV and after speaking to the Lead Exterior Creative Designer, Scott Bell I came to appreciate it even more. He explained that he was inspired by the wide-open landscape, mid-century architecture, and automotive design of the ’60s and ’70s. He wanted a design that reminded people that Chevrolet is “Americana Cool.”

The Equinox EV has a spacious cabin with many storage solutions. It seats 5 and has up to 57 cubic feet of cargo room, with the rear seat folded down. You can also expect to find some pampering features like heated seats and steering wheel.
