One of my favorite things about fall fashion is all the boots you get to play dress-up with. This season, we have the oh-so-popular ankle boot, faux sock booties, and the over the knee boots. But as fun, as they are to dress up, they are difficult to find- as in “the one.” We’ve all been there- you know, the style boot you fall in love with and begin to hunt for. Will they fit right, be comfortable, are they in my price range?

Searching for the perfect over the knee boots can be a pain.
Recently, I decided I really wanted over-the-knee boots in black, suede, and with a block heel that’s stylish but comfy enough to go out in for hours at a time. Maybe I wasn’t being realistic, but on the hunt, I went. After trying on a bunch of OTK boots, I almost gave up. See, I already own a couple of different pairs but with a high heel or flat. But then I found a pair online and took a chance. I am happy to report that I chose a winner!
These over the knee boots have a zipper on the side and a block heel. I also loved the detail on the back- a tie up. They’re comfortable but I will admit at times I have to pull them up a little to make sure they don’t look slouchy. Other than that, I’m really happy with my find.
Bell sleeves are everything this fall.
I picked up this sweater at Target and just love it. The color, texture, fit- it’s a great top for the fall. And budget friendly.
